I’m going to attempt to be a better blogger. If you follow this blog, or my food blog, you know my track record isn’t very good. I go in streaks—blog post, blog post, blog post, then six months with no blog post. So besides my posts featuring photo-shoots, I’m going to try and blog about a few other things every now and then.

“Wait,” you say, “Isn’t this a blog for your photo business? Shouldn’t you only be posting about weddings, or engagement shoots, or babies?”

Well, I’ll still be posting these things, but these other posts are just as important for you as you search for a wedding or event photographer! Unlike some of the other vendors you’ll work with on your wedding day, your photographer will be with you from start to finish, so it’s SUPER important that our personalities fit. Hopefully these posts will give you some insight into what kind of person I am and whether or not we’d make a good team at your big event.

To start things off I thought I’d just do a little rundown of some general about me stuff.

• I was born in Minnesota, but I grew up in Maine. Central New York’s biggest downfall is its lack of Ocean.
• I love coffee… a lot. Black, please.
• I have two adorable cats who are basically my children. Charlie & Macie. They are cats who love to love and love to be loved.
• I love shapes and colors. (I wrote this when I moved to Maine in 2^nd grade and had to tell people about myself. It still holds true today.)
